Nalla Facilities Management Software (N.F.S.M) is a revolutionary new tech-based product designed to make property management accountable, credible and efficient.
In the past year, we have put resources into research, analysis, design and development of a facilities management software. The software will focus on facilities maintenance services which is the most important part of the practice.
The software is multidimensional and eases interaction between the property manager on site and the landlord. The property management side is a mobile application (account based per property) the landlord side is a web application on a PC (multiple accounts for several property in portfolio). We are done setting up the property manager android application and the landlord PC portal. Databases all set in between to allow for upload of images uploaded by the property manager of the areas of a property that require maintenance.
The tech is a closed loop. Enabling efficiency and transparency in maintenance activities thus cutting maintenance budget. All needs you would typically have on a property will be available on the platform to easily request, get approval for and proceed to carry out those works.The property manager will be able to attend to the needs of the tenant and respond to maintenance needs in real time and as soon as they are required.
The landlord will participate in management of property remotely, from a central location. They will be able to monitor expenditure and allocate financial resources that go into maintenance activities. They will be able to select the service providers for each property, receive and approve payment of invoices from the system and also receive follow up reports after the tasks are carried out.
The software provides a monthly report for each property and a summary of all maintenance activities that have been conducted on each property. This will allow users to evaluate and compare spending on maintenance for each property with remittances in rent made by the property manager on site.
We are using the software to manage the property under our business. We have tested the product out with peers and property managers in the field and implemented the feedback they recommended. Customization and general user friendliness will be done on installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
The value we offer will trickle down to tenant. All complaints will be registered and acted upon by property management in a timely manner. Suggestions will be forwarded to the landlord in good time. The property will be well maintained and functional at all times. Tenant retention is higher when the property is in good condition.
The software will be managed and administered 24 hours a day. A team is ready to ensure the system is on and runs smoothly. A full-time customer care desk is also available to ensure all challenges experienced by the customer are resolved promptly. A technical team will also be available to install the system and provide training for use to property managers and landlords.
The charges are friendly and are a percentage of the rental income for the property. The charges go into management, improvements of the product and motivation for the team running the software. We will be offering a month’s trial period for the software with an extension immediately after based on a long term contract. We are looking to serve landlords with premium property that meet certain criteria.
